Farragut Street Architects principal Kathy Dowdell spoke on a panel as a part of Rowhouse City: History & Adaptation in Philadelphia. The symposium, organized by the Graduate Program in Historic Preservation at the Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, and the Association for Preservation Technology - Delaware Valley Chapter, discussed the past, present, and future of the rowhouse as a building form in Philadelphia.
